Yes, they are treated with a food grade oil, rubbed in after curing.
Make sure area you are applying to is dry and clean. Best to use rubbing alcohol to clean the area first. Remove backing from Decal and start from the centre using a plastic scraper and rub from middle towards the edge making sure you have no wrinkles or bubbles as you are applying. Once on, remove transfer tape and rub out any bubbles that are seen.
